Terms & Conditions

Curriculum:

We will conduct lesson planning and preparation before each class. While we value suggestions and input, we are responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans from our curriculum.

 

Materials & Equipment:

We will provide all necessary materials and equipment for the classes by default. However, if the client offers to supply materials, we will consider their offer. Setup and cleanup will be managed by us.

 

Attendance & Punctuality:

Classes will start promptly at the scheduled time and end on time.

 

Payment:

Rates will be determined based on the price per participant, which includes family members, visitors, and staff.

 

Cancellation:

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee of $25, unless the class is rescheduled before or with the next scheduled class.

 

No-shows:

A $50 fee will be charged for no-shows. If the class is rescheduled before or with the next scheduled class, the fee will be reduced to $25.
